Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Specialist at Cobble Stone Pvt. Ltd. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support and delivering excellent customer service through communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. The Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Computer literacy and proficiency in contact center tools and technology will be required for this role.

Qualifications

• Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Center experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in contact center tools and technology
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the construction or design industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
