Looking for a call center supervisor to improve the quality and efficiency of the customer service team at a high-impact and fast-growth start-up.

• a strong culture fit.
• a manager with 4-6 years of experience in building and/or leading a complex call centre operation (B2B, software)
• someone who has managed at least a 10-member team
• someone who has independently increased productivity of customer service
• someone that has experience with a regional language call center
• proficiency in Telugu mandatory
What you will do
• Build a world-class service team that is ready to handle 2,000 farmers by end of the year
• Make customer service personnel to farmer ratio as 1:200
• Recruit and train 6-10 call center executives
• Ensure farmer support quality and efficiency targets are met
• Report data and insights for improving efficiency
