Job Description

Job Description 

  • Urgent Requirement Of Inbound Callers For Tech Support Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer. 
  • Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. 
  • Selling technical support plan along with relevant software. 

Candidate Profile 

  • Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year 
  • Must know how to close their own calls. 
  • Must have good convincing and sales skills. 
  • SalaryRs.10,000-20000/month(fixed) Huge Incentives Shift 830pm-630am 
  • Working Days 6 days(rotational Off 1 day) 
  • Qualifications Undergraduate Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
