Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from patients with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information, support, and assistance to patients in a courteous manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient inquiries effectively.
- Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to resolve patient concerns and issues.
- Follow established protocols and procedures for patient care.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Empathetic and patient-focused approach.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
