  • Location: Mumbai
  • Business Unit: VoiceReach
  • Languages: English, Hindi
  • Key Performance Areas (KRA’s):
  • The key purpose of the role is to call into target companies to identify relevant stakeholders and accordingly transfer them to the representative logged in at the other end. 
  • However, a concerned manager or business head may choose to add or remove responsibilities based on business demands/goals.
  • Identify relevant stakeholders within the target company, based on the information provided
  • Transferring the identified stakeholders to the respective representative logged in at the other end
  • Effectively communicate with the gatekeepers/executive admins within the target company, while trying to reach the relevant stakeholder
  • Weightage-40%

  • Technical Skills
  • Working Knowledge of MS Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint)

  • Basic understanding of the industry being researched (optional but preferred)
