Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answering calls: Respond to customer calls, emails, or chats
- Providing information: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
- Handling complaints: Address customer concerns and escalate issues to management
- Processing orders: Take orders, process returns, and process payments
- Following up: Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
- Making outbound calls: Call customers to offer promotions, renew contracts, or schedule appointments
- Documenting interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meeting targets: Meet sales targets and call handling quotas

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
