We are seeking a skilled and experienced / fresher cameraman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality footage for various projects, including but not limited to events, interviews, documentaries, and promotional videos. The cameraman will work closely with our production team to ensure the visual storytelling meets our standards and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cameraman, preferably in a similar role
• Proficiency in operating professional video cameras and equipment
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of lighting, composition, and sound
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for capturing compelling shots
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of on-location shooting
• Portfolio or reel demonstrating previous work

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate cameras and related equipment for filming
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to plan and execute shots
• Ensure lighting, framing, and composition enhance the visual storytelling
• Capture clear and consistent footage while adhering to project requirements and timelines
• Monitor audio levels and adjust as necessary to maintain quality sound
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in camera technology
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures during filming
• Maintain organized files and documentation of footage for post-production editing
