Job Description

As a Campaign and Channel Marketing Analyst, you will be a key contributor to Arista’s Awake Security marketing team, planning and supporting our GTM with events, strategic partner engagement, and multi-touch campaigns. You will collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to identify the right events, formats (physical and virtual),collateral, and promotions. Your constant focus will be on the creation and nurture of high-quality leads with a propensity to buy and convert quickly. Given these responsibilities, you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the marketing and sales leadership team to create/implement a marketing plan in line with performance targets and objectives.
• Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns and events - pre-work to ensure the right accounts are targeted, setting up goals, lining up the right prospects, working campaign tactics such as events or webinars as well as post-event activities including attendee follow up and pipeline tracking.
  
• Maintain webinar and virtual events, including the creation and integration from registration to email invites as well as email database sends.
  
• Coordinate across marketing functions such as product marketing, digital/social marketing, and brand to launch campaigns and manage event presence.
  
• Establish and develop relationships with alliance partners with a view towards joint go to market efforts.
  
• Manage and negotiate with external contractors, vendors, and agencies for creative services, material manufacture, and shipping and on-the-ground logistics.
  
• Collate learnings from regions and campaigns and ensure we get smarter as a whole.
  
• Work in a tight-knit team and help us collectively raise our game.
  
  

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent working experience
• 3+ years in marketing, with hands-on experience with multi-touch campaign marketing or related role in the enterprise B2B space
  
• Strong familiarity with sales and marketing operations, including dashboard reporting and key campaign metrics.
  
• Experience working with digital and virtual events and webinars is highly desirable.
  
• Experience working with partners in developing joint go-to-market strategies and alliance marketing is highly desirable.
  
• Effective negotiation and vendor management skills
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Experience with relevant software applications including Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Office, and other business software.
  
• Experience with project management, particularly cross-functional projects
