About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Executing marketing campaigns through Facebook ads platforms for gaming and e-commerce clients and deliver high ROAS
2. Optimizing the channel to deliver the best ROI while ensuring targets are met.
3. Ensuring process improvements pro-actively and improve operational efficiency
4. Working on periodic reporting to management on the performance of campaigns
5. Gathering insights into campaigns and consumer behavior and implementing the learnings
6. Partnering with the marketing manager to ensure that different campaigns are being executed.
7. Working on continuous experiments and run A/B Testing on campaigns, messaging, and targeting to improve ROI

Other requirements

1. Should have a strong analytical background and direct experience in performance marketing delivery across other channels including google, programmatic, etc.

2. Should be able to identify trends in data and come up with innovative ways to run paid campaigns

3. Should have in-depth knowledge of Facebook ads platform and having large scale campaigns for gaming and e-commerce vertical including A/B testing ads

4. A thorough understanding of web/app-based businesses and knowledge of MS Excel would be a plus

5. Additionally, if they have excellent reasoning and data analysis skills then they would be a person of interest

6. Experience in the same role (0-1 year) will be desirable

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 3 Lac/annum
