FISSION MARKETING LLP is a youth marketing firm with a unique hands-on approach to helping clients with all aspects of youth. We provide services in marketing, digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, branding & design, mobile marketing, and email marketing.

The campaign interns assist in overseeing all aspects of the campaign including day-to-day operations, the coordination and implementation of the operations, and ongoing coordination. They are also responsible for creating and managing the appropriate campaigns matching the expectations of the TG. They must have excellent organizational skills, be level-headed, have good interpersonal skills.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in devising integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining the TG
2. Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
3. Coordinate the work of designers, animators, and team, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
4. Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
5. Ensure the accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
6. Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
7. Keep abreast of current trends in marketing

Experience:

1. Freshers
2. Students with the experience of a 2-3 months internship in this field

Preferred Profile:

1. Should have a good network
2. Should be able to communicate well
3. Have been at leadership positions of college festivals and other related events
