About the Program
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Serve as the campus ambassador for La Muse on your campus.
2. Create a network of friends, batchmates, fellow students who would be interested in a live project for 2 weeks duration
3. Liason between the brand and the students who would leverage their network to generate value for the brand
4. Lead the campaign by tracking performance, addressing student concerns and assisting affiliates, and motivating them to achieve greater results
5. Reach out to people in your network that align well with the target audience of the brand and create sales through referrals.
6. Creating proposals, notices, communication messages related to the program
Learning opportunities
Orientation with the Co-Founders of the company is organized where students will be acquainted with the Brand's products, principles, beliefs & values.
A training session will be organized to brief the students on the roles and responsibilities as an Affiliate of the brand. Students will be guided on identifying the target groups and strategizing outreach and communication to generate value.
The student will learn how to build a network of affluent customers and leverage the same for generating value for self and for the organization. In this session, past case studies, analytics, and tips/hacks would be shared to help you improvise on the pitch and perform better.

Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. can start the part time job/internship between 22nd Jan'21 and 26th Feb'21
2. are available for duration of 2 months
3. are from Chennai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and neighboring cities
4. have relevant skills and interests
Rewards and incentives
1. Fixed Stipend - 1000/monthly

Selection procedure
Selection to be made on the basis of past experience, communication, and networking skills.
An interview will be set up for the shortlisted candidates and the decision on the selection will be sent to the student within 24 hours from the time of the interview.
Once selected, the student will receive an Orientation and details on the way forward.
Additional Information
We are looking forward to working with students who have experience in verticals of Sales and Marketing. This project will be focused on developing your skills of lead generation, network marketing, and sales conversions – equipping you to be an asset to the marketing and retail industry in the near future.
