About the Program
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Promoting Innvocon's Workplace Learning Program- SURGE in respective colleges through social media platforms like Whatsapp, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
2. Promoting the offerings, scholarships and Project-Based Learning among batchmates by forwarding the weekly mailers and newsletters. Each subsequent enrolment in the Workplace Learning Program would fetch you a certain amount of points.
3. Completing the promotional tasks presented to the Campus Managers to SURGE through digital/social media marketing
Learning opportunities
1. A Campus Manager would learn how to organize and publicize a growing startup. Further, would also be given a chance to network with some of the corporate leaders, industry experts, founding team and the other campus managers.
2. The student shall receive the first-hand experience in sales and marketing through connections and organic competition which would substantially improve communication and social media marketing skills.
3. Periodic mentorship sessions with top guns from Indiaâs leading and biggest start-ups and companies.
