About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Continuous Interactions with learners and follow ups
2. Responsible for motivating the learners to complete the course
3. and get into employability/Placement
4. Coordinating with Managers and Mentors-Tech Support team to monitor the
5. learnings of the learners
6. Coordinating with placement team for the Interviews follow-ups
7. To track the Everyday learning process of the learners
8. Data collections & Data analysis
9. Mutual feedback from Learners, Mentors, Interviewers
10. To arrange and schedule the technical and motivation Sessions, Mock interview,
11. Clarification sessions
12. Sharing and maintaining the learners report and sharing with team whenever
13. require
14. Address learners' queries and resolve it within the allotted TAT
15. Handling complaint calls and trying to resolve and convince the issue.
16. Interacting with other team members and maintaining good coordination

Proficiency in MS Office, Mail & Phone Communication, and in Video Conferencing
Readiness to work on rotational shifts and adapt to flexible working hours
