Below are key things we are looking for âŚ

Experience in Infrastructure Capacity Management
Must have experience in Virtualisation, Hyperthreading, Storage concepts , Datacentre concepts .

As a Capacity Manager, should have hands on experience in managing On-premise/Private/Public Cloud Infrastructure
Good knowledge in managing Wintel, Storage, Network & Backup devices and understanding of Data Center concepts
Expertise in handling Capacity, Performance & Availability managementâs day to day activities, issues and propose solutions
Provide recommendations by accurate analysis & underpinned by monitoring and CMDB tools
Good knowledge in Virtualization & Hyper-threading concepts
Proficient excel knowledge to run reports on the virtualized components and underlying hardware
Automate reports using excels or by bringing in new tools to highlight Capacity risks and current capacity with respect to vCPU, Memory & Storage Disks
Work with Domain Specialists, Technical Managers and Senior Management to project available capacity vs the required in weekly and monthly meetings
Expertise in capturing risks due to lack of capacity and highlighting the same to customers
Good know-how in Reporting and Trend Analysis
Hands on experience in BMC remedy or SM or ServiceNow (Ticketing tools)
Poses good knowledge in ITIL process especially in Incident, Problem & Change Management
Hands on experience in Right-sizing, Cost and Resource Optimisation activities associated to Capacity Management components
Define new and streamline existing process (Process document creations)
Prepare RACI for Capacity related processes
Expertise in Capacity Planning and Procurement activities
Hands on experience in handling Internal & ISO audits associated to Capacity Management
Excellent communication skills are a mandate to demonstrate and chair Capacity Forums
