- Coordinate and provide solutions to customer that is timely, effective,
efficient, equitable, and customer-centric.
- Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing,
etc).
- Help patients make informed decisions by acting as their advocate
regarding their clinical status and treatment options.
- Develop effective working relations and cooperate with operations team
throughout the entire case management process.
- Take the extra mile and interact with patients to keep track of their
progress and to ensure satisfaction.
- Record cases information, complete accurately all necessary forms and
produce statistical reports.
- Promote quality and cost-effective interventions and outcomes.
- Assess and address motivational and psychosocial issues.
- Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules and
regulations.

• Candidate must have the ability to communicate with a range of people using a variety of communication methods.
• Excellent written skills for writing reports.
• Passion for working with people and providing person-centered care.
• Capacity to work under pressure and to take a problem-solving approach to work.
• Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise your own and others' workload.
• Understanding of accountability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Skills:
• Any Graduate (Management stream will be a plus).
• 2+ years of experience in end to end customer handling/customer account management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
