1. Ensuring achievement of monthly enrollment and revenue target
2. Ensuring achievement of daily lead generation target of the team
3. Working on student relationship building and reference generation
4. Ensuring smooth post service and reference market building from the existing students
5. Traveling for domestic and International field visits and ensuring target achievements
6. Working on daily/weekly/monthly reporting & data analysis
7. Sending reports to management
8. Communicating with leads to ensure closing
9. Working on daily communication with prospective candidates, online zoom meeting to demonstrate learning system and ensuring closings
10. Working on data analysis and designing more productive sales strategies
