Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can work with us on a full-time basis as an Career Counsellor Intern.

 Qualification: Graduate

 Experience: Freshers

 Field: EdTech

 Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

 Preferred languages: Kannada and English

 Good to know other languages Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, or any other language.

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

 Hunting and connecting with new prospective students through social media, references, TPO of colleges, direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

 Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective students.

 Making 80 to 100 calls in a day with 3 hours of minimum talk time.

 Proper counselling and guidance to the students regarding the courses available and the benefits that these courses provide in the long run.

 Maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers and suggest to ensure that they are retained.

 Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may interest students.

 Negotiating with students to provide the most attractive prices for them.

 Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
