Your Role Will Be To Aid Our Clients In Choosing The Right Career Pathway With Our Possible Services And Deliverables. The Role Requires You To Be Research-Oriented And Be Aware Of The Industry Updates, New Developments And Education Policies. Roles And Responsibilities 1. Assessing Clients Personal Characteristics, Skills And Interests And Inspecting Their Career Related Aspirations And Concerns In One-To-One Interviews Or In Group Sessions 2. Facilitating The Prospects Through Multiple Seminars And Workshops For Medical, Engineering And Study Abroad Admission Programs. 3. Responding To Clients Inquiries Related To Entrance Exams And Colleges Via Email/ Phone Or Face-To-Face 4. Guiding Clients Through Aptitude, Personality And Other Related Tests 5. Provide Career And College Entrance Information And Assistance To Students, Parents And Coordinate Day-To-Day Operations 6. Helping Clients Creating Action Plan For Entrance Exam And Related College Counselling Process 7. Preparing, Organising And Maintaining Clients Report And Statistical Summaries 
Desired Candidate Profile 1. Any Graduate/Postgraduate Degree In Management/ Psychology/ Counselling/ Medical Or Equivalent 2. Total Experience: 1 Year To 3 Years In Academic Counselling/ Post-Secondary Career Planning/ Or Related Experience 3. Graduate Degree In Counselling Plus Appropriate License Is Preferred Outstanding Interpersonal, Assessment And Communication Skill 4. Age: 20 Years To 30 Years 5. Language: English And Kannada Or Malayalam (Any Two Languages) 6. Immediate Joiner
