Job Description
- Provide career counseling and career development sessions for students and parents.
- Very good communication skills.
- Work with students on their needs for career development.
- Research and analyze current employment trends in various industries.
- Execute outreach programs like webinar seminars, workshops, lectures, presentations, and other events to promote career services among students and in schools in different continents.
- Maintain a database of student counseling records.
- A dynamic and results-oriented individual with proven years of experience in career-counseling and in providing people direction and advice.
- Conduct career awareness sessions and meet individually with parents and students to explore education options based on career goals.
- Staying attentive to the needs of students, and parents, while ensuring a welcoming, trusting environment.
- Helping students to craft a long-term plan for reaching their career objectives.
