Basic Salary Package (Per Annum): INR 1,20,000-INR 1,80,000

Incentive Yearly:

1st Slab of Target: INR 75,000

2nd Slab of Target: INR 3,00,000

Languages: Good in English and Hindi

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Require A Pleasant Personality to Work as Counsellor for Young Students and Help Them Understand the Importance of Navigating a Career.

• Must Be a Good Listener and Be Trained in Matching Candidate Needs to A Future Career.

• Academic Counsellors Are Responsible for Helping Shape Young Minds with Care and Affection and Not with The Use of Force. Proficient Computer Skills, Including Microsoft Office.
