Designation: Career Counsellor

Prerequisite requirements: 

● Masters in Psychology. 

● Should Have knowledge and understanding of basic psychometric assessment and counseling skills. 

● Should have practiced or administered any psychometric assessment related to career counseling and also be aware about scoring, interpretation of the psychometric in standardized manner. 

● Effective communication skills and command over vernacular language, i.e: english, hindi and gujarati. 

● Have basic knowledge of Microsoft office 

● Basic knowledge of working on Google-drive. 

● Research skills. 

● Willingness to learn all the above, as a part of training. 

● Willingness to learn new things required in your profession. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

● Contacting and confirming the client's appointment for psychometric testing and counseling sessions, through emails, calls, SMS, and WhatsApp. 

● Coordinating with the students and the team to work effectively. 

● Conducting psychometric tests for the students/clients and providing them with counseling based on the report. 

● Supervising the interns working under them and helping them to understand the new concepts. 

● Follow up with the clients to know the effectiveness of our sessions. 

Salary: 

INR Rs. 14,000/- to 18,000/- (In hand per month)
