We are urgently hiring for a Career Counselor- Female with proven experience in tele calling. Experience in education industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Should be the first and important point of contact for the students/ clients over telephone enquiry or direct enquiry
• Understand in detail about each courses and suggest potential career paths and set career goals for the students/ clients
• Keep records and full track of students/ clients details
• Handling complete inbound and outbound calls
• Update CRM on daily basis
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in education sector is an added advantage
• +2/ any degree with minimum 1 year experience in tele calling
