-Handle Telephonic queries and document the details

-Converting inquiries into admissions

-Create sales pipe lines and convert the leads to meet and exceed targets

-Ensure Process compliance and timely reporting

-Complete daily Outbound calls quota & talk time through allocated leads

-Inspecting clients' career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.

-Performing counseling for interested candidates by making outbound calls.

-One has to be ready to convince individuals through their words on the phone itself.

-Evaluate clients' educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to do next to achieve their goals
