Job Description:
Front desk responsibility - Addressing queries/concerns of new customers and existing tenants
Supervising housekeeping, maintenance, security operations for the property
Working with the central operations team to ensure smooth check-in and check-out
Handling walk-ins and scheduled visits of new customers and converting them to tenants
Controlling the water and electricity consumption in the property
Escalating repair/maintenance issues to the central operations team
Handling food operations in the property
Requirements
Minimum Education - Class 10th
Good command over the English and Hindi language
Ability to handle high pressure situations with calmness and composure
Ability to work hard with dedication
Ability to coordinate and manage housekeeping and maintenance st
