Responsibilities:
Introduce & acquire new SA customer in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment.
Area Mapping in the catchment and maintaining of Daily activity/Sales report.
Preparing Wish list of customers through cold calling and promotion activities.
Meeting and completing account opening formalities with strict adherence to KYC norms (Field verification Mandatory).
Engaging customer with multiple products at the time of account Opening( viz: Mobile banking/Net banking registration /RD- FD activation).
Ensuring account activation & 3 month funding for incentive gating.
Generating Leads for family accounts and other cross sell products.
Resolving customer queries/issues.
