Job Description
Resource will work on new client onboarding for cash equity and fixed income clients across Asia and EMEA regions.
Resource is the central onboarding representative who will interact with external clients, client Sales, Legal, Reference data and other operations team to ensure client accounts are opened and operationally correctly set up.
Role requires tight coordination with Sales to understand the new business pipeline and prioritize the same with multiple teams who are part of a new account opening.
New client onboarding is the first step to clients interaction with client operations and is hence critical to client service and has a direct impact on client wallet share
