Handle all cash transactions efficiently and accurately
Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to guests
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts and ensure that amounts are correct
Resolve guest complaints or refer them to management
Processing end of service calculations, doing end of shift and end of day revenue calculations
Perform related duties as requested by the management team
Consistently maintain a balanced cash drawer
