Basic Duties:

• Raise sales invoice as per the purchase order.
• Invoice no should be in continuous series.
• Take invoice print
• Collection:- As per SOP
• Collect cash as per invoice OR
• Swipe card as per invoice OR
• Use the distributor K Wallet/AR balance as per their request.
• Routine Banking affairs
• Deposit sales collection of cash to bank on the next working day before 12 noon.
• Reports
• Prepare  the  sales report (which have the detail of sales, Cash Collection, Card Swiping, K Wallet and AR)
• Total sales value should be equal to Collections (Cash collection + Card swiping + K Wallet + AR)
• At the end of the day send the above reports to Regional Office.
• Taxation-GST:
• At month end verify the GST amount and download the data from software
• Verify all the required data available data as per the GST law for GSTR-1.
• Upload the excel data into the offline utility tool and generate data date.
• Verify all the input are generated in the GSTR2A (Purchase)
• If any data is missing an update the data or else approve the same as it before the due date.
• Verify the payment and data generated in GSTR-3A and confirm the same.
• Generated the GSTR-3A and filed it before due date.20th of every month
