Responsibilities
Looking for an experienced e-seller having experience of e-commerce catalog & operations
Responsible for onboarding sellers and activating them on Live Box - Magento marketplace.
Responsible for listing beauty and fashion catalogues on Live Box - Magento marketplace.
Implementing changes and updates to product descriptions and product keywords for slow moving products.
Accurate and timely orders fulfilment via Shiprocket tool, Communication with Sellers, stock reconciliation, RTO processing claim settlement.
Regularly track inventory on all brands and manage stock availability.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of competitive products.
Monitors catalog by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Continuous assessment of Competitor s prices & strategy.
Qualifications
Graduation - Any Discipline
Excel knowledge
Strong verbal communication
Must have superior organizational and time awareness skills
Self-starter, must be able to set and meet deadlines
Problem solver who thinks out of the box
