Job Description

Category Manager - Appliance Repair

Location : Ahmedabad

Job Description :

Continuously track existing supply to deliver quality services and a supreme customer experience.
Work with the team to achieve monthly supply onboarding targets.
Work on improving quality of supply through training, and mass communication channels.
Taking pre-emptive actions and course correct to achieve target metrics.
Take Charge of inventory of kits distributed to professionals.
Be the sole custodian of customer happiness at the city level. Improve quality of sales and execution at each step to ensure customer delight
Manage the training process for the entire supply of professionals

Job Requirements :

1- 2 years of prior work experience
Engineer / BBA / B.Com
Good analytical skills
Past experience in consulting; ops focused start-ups or FMCG companies
Significant ability to hustle and desire to solve a problem ground-up
Should be more than willing to get their hands dirty and do the ground work.
