Job Description

Category Manager

Location : Delhi at Ninjacart

Responsibilities :

Drive SKU penetration and sale volume among customers through innovative marketing campaigns and programs by leveraging data science
Manage Market Intelligence team to do correct price benchmarking.
Manage quality team to do correct quality benchmarking & reduce returns.
Manage the recovery team to recover all the unsold & return items in the right price.
Own end to end PnL for your portfolio products
Explore new farming clusters for strategic sourcing
Program manage sale events during festivals
Strong evangelist of the ninjacart value proposition for farmers

Required Skill-sets / Education :

1 to 4 years of experience after graduation
Relevant experience is not mandatory. Learnability is important.
Self-starter, 100% ownership and unshakeable enthusiasm
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Should have good analytical & logical skills
Should possess strong willingness to get hands dirty (literally),get stuff done and strong work ethics
Has relentless focus, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask while working in a highly charged environment.
