Job Description:
• Perform Quality Reviews on work completed by production teams. Manage activities through email with internal business partners
Monitor and actively prioritize workloads. Proactively send emails for missing batch works/evidences
•Review & Validation of appropriate loan documents/promissory notes/loan servicing terms as listed in the Standard Operating Procedures / Guidelines
•Diligently highlight any risk areas with critical/high risk transactions to avert any risk events
• Ability to work under pressure and high volumes
• Ability to interpret and analyze documents, co-relate and analyze impact to overall processes and feed results into the decision making process
•Identify gaps/exceptions and recommend possible solutions. Where needed, provide root cause analyses to identify gaps accurately
• Drive Process improvements and other initiatives
• Timely escalation of all Process related issues from internal/external customers
• Ownership, escalation and resolution of risk issues / Challenge forum calls when they occur in a timely manner
• Must be willing to take calls from home on need basis during non BAU hours
•Project Management
Qualification:
- Graduates with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or knowledge of loan documentation and accounting methodology and other documentation types
- Ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources and determine relevancy
- Excellent comprehension and observation skills along with robust communication skills
- Knowledge of Commercial Banking Products and Operations will be an added advantage. Experience of conducting QA reviews particularly for Banking ops will be hold high advantage
