CB - WLS - Transaction Processing Supervisor- Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

  • Independently validate and enrich financial data provided by borrowers or 3rd party vendors / Open market sources
  • End-to-end spreading of clients financials including input of as-reported data and normalization and alignment per JPMC credit policy
  • Financial statement data must meet high integrity standards for internal and external credit usage and reporting requirements. Will be responsible for remediating and contextualizing data quality issues related to financial statement data
  • Develop and maintain open communication channels with Credit Officers / Underwriters
  • Interact frequently with regional credit teams to provide status updates on financial statements and incorporate feedback and continuous improvement into financial spreads
  • Capture and escalate missing financial information to internal Business partners
  • Ensure adherence to the quality control standards set for the process
  • Record and resolve exceptions
  • Perform KPI reporting per business requirements
  • Constantly evaluate opportunities for process simplifications and automations

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting, MBA (Finance)
  • 5 - 7      years of work experience, preferably in Banking/Mortgage/Financial Analysis/Statement Spreading. Experience in Credit Analysis will be an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Financial Statements, Personal and Business Tax Returns
  • Strong analytical and numerical abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with various stake-holders across levels
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team based environment
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer proficiency and MS Office skills                  
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, highly Productive environment with ability to multi task
  • High level of proficiency in organizing, priority setting, and issue management
  • Open to work in any/rotational shifts
