  • 24*7 shifts( open for night shifts)

  • No leaves for initial 3 months

  • Handling flight ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. efficient customer service. 
  • Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
  • Inbound Customer Service Centre for India’s #1 Airline
  • Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from Customers worldwide
  • Assisting customer with making a reservation/modification/cancellation & Flight Information
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
