Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CCTV Technician located in Dehradun. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for installing and servicing security cameras and related equipment. They will be required to troubleshoot and maintain existing surveillance systems, and work with clients to determine their specific security needs and make recommendations for system upgrades or improvements.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and security camera technology
Experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV systems
Knowledge of networking fundamentals and familiarity with relevant networking protocols and equipment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients and colleagues
Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
Physical ability to climb ladders and perform other installation and maintenance tasks as required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training a plus

Note: Successful candidate will undergo CCTV Training upon completion of the interview process.
