About the internship
The center Head is wholly responsible for the training and organisational activities at a BBFS training Center. The position requires a natural leader with multiple skills, and most importantly, a feeling that 'I am part of BBFS and BBFS is a part of me' and one who takes it upon himself/herself to maintain overall quality of activities as per BBFS standards.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Lead the team of coaches, medics, grounds-men etc. at a center
2. Be in-charge of any off-field issues that the coaches have and will be the first point of contact in case any coach has any concerns with regards to his work in BBFS
3. Keep note of the sessions plans carried by the coaches; frequency of mentors visiting the centre; coaches assessment; arrival timings of all coaches
4. Take up a trial come back and enroll for the regular training program
5. Ensure that regular kids renew memberships in a timely manner, if anyone is absent for consecutively 3-days, he should call and ask the reason for absence from training with the parents
Note: As a Center Head, you are the face of BBFS and you are the impression the parent has of BBFS. Communicating crucial information from BBFS and handling day-to-day queries will be your role towards the parents.
