• Ensure proper operation of the Centre as SOP.
- ensure proper maintenance and housekeeping thru outsourced staff.
- co-ordinate with marketing to ensure that all marketing collateral are in place.
- co-ordinate with lab ops to ensure that phlebotomy material is ordered on time and is never
stocked out.
- regular reporting of sales and collection to Sales and Finance SPOCs.
• Closely monitor the activities of the phlebos attached to the Centre.
• Co-ordinate with the sales TSM and cluster head to ensure that all BTL activities around the Centre
are staffed by the phlebos.
• Attain Customer excellence in terms of feedback from walk-in customers - ensure that all have proper
briefing about our Knowledge Experience Zone and all our services are properly briefed to each
customer.
• All home collection customer tagged to the center has to be serviced on time.
• Call-back all serviced customers to get feedback about the service.
• Ensure selling of preventive packages as per monthly target to walk-in and home collection
customers.
• Scour for opportunities to grow business in the neighborhood catchment area. Inform Sales team of
any such business opportunities.

Quality Assurance
▪ Presenting the departments for International Audits as and when necessary
▪ Instituting timely corrective actions for sub-optimal proficiency test results as well as any non-conformances raised during the audits
▪ Designing and executing Quality Improvement Programs in the laboratory.
