Little Kickers jobs - Centre Manager

Looking for a fit, talented and dynamic youngster who possesses excellent verbal communication skills, caring attitude and commitment to work to manage our centre at Sushant Lok 1, Gurugram

Candidates will be required to work with little children of 2-5 years of age and will be required to communicate effectively with children and parents

Responsibilities and Duties

·         Communicating with parents and handling enquiries

·         Conducting sessions as per Little Kickers session plans

·         Timely reporting of issues and problems

·         Actively assisting the other coach with the full conduct of all sessions and motivating the children to participate fully

·         Dealing with customer queries, issues and complaints in a positive manner as instructed.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Essential skills (Mandatory)

·         Experience of communicating with parents and young children.

·         Physical fitness and stamina.

·         Good oral communication skills.

·         Basic written administrative skills.

·         The right aptitude for working with young children (under 7years).

Desirable skills: (Not Mandatory)

·         Background in Sports Coaching or as a Kindergarten teacher.

·         Basic First Aid knowledge.

·         Experience with Pre-School aged kids.
