Job Description

This is a Generalised profile where the candidate has to assist the CEO in all his business verticals. The candidate has to be smart, mature, organized and should have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

·         Working closely with the CEO and assisting him with his vertical businesses.

·         Should have knowledge about real estate sales and liaison deals.

·         Experience in coordination with clients, vendors, internal team members.

·         Manage and maintain CEO's calendar including scheduling appointments, internal/external meetings and conference calls.

·         Will have to assist the CEO in all the business verticals.

·         Strong Excel and Powerpoint knowledge.

·         Experience in MIS compilation.

·         Has knowledge and experience of P&L balance sheets.

·         Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of the CEO.

·         Complete monthly expense reconciliation for CEO.

·         Secures appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process on behalf of the CEO.

·         Serve as a liaison with internal staff at all levels.

·         Provide assistant and support to Vice President, Strategic Operations on various projects such as new employee onboarding, calendar planning and staff communication,etc.

·         Prepare agendas for meetings, briefing materials and presentations as needed to support the CEO.

·         Provide administratively support to CEO in order to increase his availability for executive level responsibilities

·         Should be passionate, enthusiastic, confident, presentable, team player, with good judgement and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities; proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with little direction.

·         Strong problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

·         Graduate or MBA in Finance, Sales, with relevant administrative, sales& finance experience.

·         7 to 10 years' experience.

·        Male candidates can apply

·        Salary - INR 35000 to INR 40000/-and additional incentives.

·         Two Wheeler & valid DL a must.

·         Should be good at Computer literacy-MIS, MS-Excel, Powerpoint

·         Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills.

·         Office- Sec 92, Gurgaon.
