Job Description

Responsibilities - 
  • Needs to manage the fieldwork of the company. 
  • Coordinate with other fieldworkers in order to have smooth working.
  • Communicate about all the activities of fieldwork.
  • Needs to have proper behavior that communicates the company's ethics.
  • Proper relationship with clients and customers to increase the relation and business activities.
Skills Required:
  • Communication skills ( Hindi/ Gujarati/ English).
  • Basic Mathematical skills
Job Description:
  • The recruited candidate will first go through training process. 
  • Here, he/she will understand about the company and also what works are carried out. 
  • At the training they will be trained by fieldworkers who have been part of the firm from a very long time. 
  • They will be made to experience the work they will be undertaking. 
  • They will also have to clear the IRDA certification in order to become a full time employee of the firm. 
  • The certification study resources will be given by the firm and the firm will help and guide through the entire process of the same. 
  • The individual has a lot of avenues to earn from the work.
