Job Description:

CFD Engineer with 4+ years of experience in ANSA and Star-CCM+ software tools. The position is located in Chennai, and the CFD Engineer will be responsible for performing simulations, creating, and modifying meshes, and setting up CFD simulations in ANSA and Star-CCM+. The ideal candidate must have experience in performing CFD simulations, validating and interpreting results, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering or equivalent
3+ years of experience in performing CFD simulations, creating and modifying meshes and setting up CFD simulations in ANSA and Star-CCM+
Experience in solving problems related to heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and thermodynamics
Excellent knowledge of ANSA, Star-CCM+
Experience in validating CFD simulations and interpreting results, and presenting results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, focused on achieving project goals, and within project timelines
Perform CAD cleanup, Surface Meshing using ANSA, and Star-CCM+
Perform CFD simulations using Star-CCM+ and Simerics with best practices for accurate computational efficiency.
Demonstrated expertise in Meshing, Model Analysis, Post Processing, and Results Interpretation
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and collaborative teams, and with customers to identify and resolve potential design and engineering issues
Having Good Communication and Written skills
