Applications are invited for position of Professorship for RBI Chair. Candidates with good academic record, teaching and research experience and working in related areas are encouraged to apply. Qualifications :  1. Specialization must be in accordance with the MoU with RBI in the field of monetory and  financial economics, baking and real rector issues and related area of interest of RBI.  2.  An eminent scholar with a doctoral degree in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, and actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of ten publications as books and/or research policy papers. 3. A minimum of ten years experience post-graduate teaching and/or research at a University/National level institution, including experience of guiding research at doctoral level (Ph.D.). 4. Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology-mediated teaching process. 5. Master degree in Economics.

Pay :  The post of Chair-Professor shall be in the scale of pay of Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200 (Level 14) with the provision of pay protection as per University rule and the appointment shall be made for an initial period of 5 years.
