academic/scholar of outstanding track record in the designated area of study
Scale of Pay : Academic level 14 with rationalized entry pay
of Rs. 1,44,200/- (in case a working professor is selected to chair) and Rs.
1.00 lakh (Consolidated) for a retired person.
Age Limit : 55-70
years
Modeof Appointment : Selection
through advertisement/Nomination/ Invitation on the recommendation of a 3
member Committee consisting of eminent persons to be constituted by the Vice
Chancellor of the University
Application Fee :Demand Draft of Rs 1500/- (fee
exempted for candidates belonging to SC, ST and Persons with Disabilities and
those who have already applied) from any National/Scheduled Bank drawn in
favour of Registrar, Central University of Jammu payable at Jammu.
