Job Description:
1) Co-ordinate, facilitate, advice, and manage cross-regional and global changes
2) Act as a facilitator for/between the Regional Change Managers where necessary
3) Convene, chair, and minute the Global CAB (Change Advisory Board)
4) Ensure adherence to the Change Management policy both regionally and globally
5) Assess RFCs (Request for Changes) for completeness and validity
6) Ensure that Prioritization and Categorization of RFCs occur within limits defined for that region or globally
7) Reject RFCs which lack appropriate information
8) Provide authorization for all RFCs to proceed (no RFC may proceed without authorization of the Change Manager or his nominated deputy)
9) Manage and communicate the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC) / Change Calendar
10) Ensuring that RFCs have been raised for all changes taking place
11) Filtering, reviewing and assessing all of the changes that are raised
12) Determining the correct approval levels to be applied to the change
13) Steering changes through the review and approval process
14) Facilitating the risk and impact assessment process for each change
15) Preparing the documentation required to support the Technical Reviews and CAB meetings
16) Attending Technical Review meetings for change related items
17) Publication and circulation of the post-meeting change documentation for CAB meetings
18) Notifying change owners and implementers of the approval ,rejection and rescheduling of changes
19) Confirming the closure and closure status of changes and conducting any post implementation reviews required
20) Production of management statistics on the Change Process
