Job Description

PRIMARY ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

  1. Responsible for the successful delivery of Change Management requests following established procedures and methodologies.
  2. Collect information for RFCs from stakeholders.
  3. Monitor and report on status of submitted RFCs.
  4. Create/assess RFC (Request for Change) applications using both Aspect and Customer required tools and or formats.
  5. Review required associated documentation for compliance and completeness.
  6. Monitor internal stakeholders’ compliance to the change management process.
  7. Work directly with customers to co-ordinate changes. Attend Customer Change approval board meetings, if needed.
  8. Identify scheduling conflicts internally and customer change freezes and/or maintenance schedules.
  9. Attend and participate in Change Review Board meetings.
  10. Advise stakeholders of granted, rescheduled or cancelled change windows.
  11. Coordinate Move/Add/Change activities.
  12. Coordinate Upgrade activities.
  13. Create required documentation to accompany RFCs.
  14. Create, review and approve required reports for publishing.
  15. Liaise with Aspect Customer Care, Cloud Operations, Hosted, Managed Services and Project teams.
  16. Work with Operations, Project deployment teams and Support, to onboard new customers.
  17. Assist stakeholders in planning and organizing complex events involving different resource teams including third parties.
  18. Identify and initiate improvement to customizable change management software components.
  19. Maintain and improve the change process and Service Manuals while staying in compliance with the customers established processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

  1. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Change or Process Management, Record Keeping, Administration, or other related fields.
  2. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  3. Shift timing: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 PM IST
  4. The ability to influence and lead.
  5. Knowledge of Change Management frameworks such as ITIL
  6. Excellent analytical and logical skills
  7. Familiar with business processes and transformation implementations.
  8. Familiar with managing pre and post event reporting.
  9. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  10. Familiar with monitoring compliance with processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  11. Planning, organizing and prioritization skills.
  12. Record Keeping.
  13. Bachelor's degree
  14. Ability to pass a background check required.
