Job Description :
- Identification of additional data sources which can enable selection of right channel partners
- Drive improvement initiatives for RTM metrics such as effective billing, range selling, dealer level target setting etc. to further strengthen Channel Health Index
- Monitor and track Channel Health Index in terms of Normal Distribution, Weighted Distribution, Counter share Improvement etc. to ensure
- Analysing and evaluating the feasibility of new market launches in terms of channel reach and scalability
- Managing of all loyalty programs for distributor channels to foster good relations with the stakeholders
- Monitoring Sales Force Automation deployment and performance improvement on key metrices like Beat Plan, beat Adherence, Data Collection, Training and Adoption through MIS.
