Job Description

CHANNEL EXCELLENCE MANAGER – INDIAN CONGLOMERATE

Experience : 1 - 4 Years

  • Channel management and development activities
  • Route to market levers
  • Terms of Trade and commercial process know how
  • Excellent Excel Skills
  • Presentation and Communication Skills including PPTs

Job Description :

  • Identification of additional data sources which can enable selection of right channel partners
  • Drive improvement initiatives for RTM metrics such as effective billing, range selling, dealer level target setting etc. to further strengthen Channel Health Index
  • Monitor and track Channel Health Index in terms of Normal Distribution, Weighted Distribution, Counter share Improvement etc. to ensure
  • Analysing and evaluating the feasibility of new market launches in terms of channel reach and scalability
  • Managing of all loyalty programs for distributor channels to foster good relations with the stakeholders
  • Monitoring Sales Force Automation deployment and performance improvement on key metrices like Beat Plan, beat Adherence, Data Collection, Training and Adoption through MIS.
