- In-depth Industry knowledge and entire Product basket Understanding
- Competition distributor mapping, territory mapping, capturing voice of market and internal customers.
- STP ( segmentation , targeting , positioning ) of assigned territory to convert / saturate customers.
- Clear understanding of the sales cycle.
- Ability to understand distributor challenges and bring out the possible solutions.
- Understanding the inventory of the Distributors and ability bring out the insights for business growth.
- Support road Map planning, based on the available offer and new offers
- Understanding the training needs of partners on products, solutions and new launches.
- Identify needs in certain geographies and channels to launch schemes.
- Digital acceleration of our channel partners in the new business environment.
- Drive DSTP thru Distributors to address the diffused end customers and Panel builders for capture of assets.
- Engage our partners who are selling digitally and strengthen their efforts through programs
- Ability navigate in cross functions of sales, BD and Offer teams to support distributor to DO More.
- Electrical Diploma or Engineering graduates.
- 6-10 yearsâ experience in the field of switchgear out which 2-3 yearsâ experience in marketing division
- Analytical skills, Vision good communication skills, Ability to work in collaboration with rest of the organization
- Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
