JOB OPENING: CHANNEL SALES MANAGER VERTICAL: HEALTH INSURANCE & TRAVEL INSURANCE (AGENCY)
JOB PROFILE: The Channel Sales Manager (CSM) will be responsible for bringing new agents to the company and driving business through them to the company.
Responsibilities:-
Bring New Agents On-Board and maintain relationships with existing agents
Understand customer and business needs of agents to cross-sell and up-sell the company’s products.
Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ partner expectations.
Act as a bridge for communication between company and agents.
Access, clarify and validate agent needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high agent satisfaction rate
Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns with agents.

Qualifications:-
College degree from an accredited institution
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a business-to-business and business-to-customer sales environment with a proven track record of success, existing partner relationships
Basic PC proficiency, with knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel locally 25-50% of the time
