Job Duties:
  • Overall responsibility for sales & fill rate of the entire range of products for the assigned area.
  • Expanding the coverage & distribution by aggressive sales promotion within sales policies framework.
  • To enhance visibility & space for companies products.
  • Planning & organizing events at the store level on strategic days.
  • Customer Retention
  • a) Relationship building & coordination with customers.
  • b) Customer grievances handling and quick redressal for customer complaints.
  • Responsible for margin negotiation.
  • Responsible for outstanding recovery, credit control and follow-ups as per Company policy.
  • Collection & compilation of relevant business & competitor information from the market.
  • Interim field force Infrastructure building & control.
  • Leading, Training & Motivating the Sales team.
  • Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority.
  • Provide inputs & facilitation in yearly budget preparation.
  • Any other related task assigned by the Reporting Authority.
