Job Description

Job Duties:

Overall responsibility for sales & fill rate of the entire range of products for the assigned area.
Expanding the coverage & distribution by aggressive sales promotion within sales policies framework.
To enhance visibility & space for companies products.
Planning & organizing events at the store level on strategic days.
Customer Retention
a) Relationship building & coordination with customers.
b) Customer grievances handling and quick redressal for customer complaints.

Responsible for margin negotiation.
Responsible for outstanding recovery, credit control and follow-ups as per Company policy.
Collection & compilation of relevant business & competitor information from the market.
Interim field force Infrastructure building & control.
Leading, Training & Motivating the Sales team.
Timely submission of MIS to reporting authority.
Provide inputs & facilitation in yearly budget preparation.
Any other related task assigned by the Reporting Authority.
