Qualification – B.E/B.Tech ( Electrical/Electronics )

Experience – 5 – 10 years (5 years of relevant experience is must)

Job Description :

Develop and implement Small and medium business customer base to increase market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with the Company's Annual Operating Plan.
Design, implement, and manage SMB Fire & Security sales , forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
To Achieve Predefined AOP by working with SMB customers using the existing & new Channel base
Working with consultants, key SI’s and large distributor accounts in the region
Ensuring spec-in from pre-tender stages in fire & security projects to increase win probabilities driving profitability
Working with regional teams and cross functional teams to increase sales from SMB projects ensuring close connect with customer, consultant and end-user through out project lifecycle
Drive Partner sales for Our Business: with strong sellout pipeline in place
Achieving budgetary goals for revenue Ensuring on time collection of sales from customers.
Identifying opportunities of sales process improvement and ensuring their implementation.
Evaluating distribution channel partner's performance and doing corrections if required.
Developing local marketing strategies to build customer preference and drive volumes of business.
Travel across TN region to meet key stake holders and increase presence in Tier II & III cities
Create key recurring customer accounts to increase fire and security business in assigned territory
Engage and maintain strong relationship with top 50 Key SI’s in the region and increase Honeywell’s SOD
Work closely with Other Function to: Improve Technical & sales competence of Self. Partners
Establish channel sales force training plan focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies.
