Channel Sales Representative II - copy-Chennai
Qualification – B.E/B.Tech ( Electrical/Electronics )
Experience – 5 – 10 years (5 years of relevant experience is must)
Job Description :
- Develop and implement Small and medium business customer base to increase market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with the Company's Annual Operating Plan.
- Design, implement, and manage SMB Fire & Security sales , forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- To Achieve Predefined AOP by working with SMB customers using the existing & new Channel base
- Working with consultants, key SI’s and large distributor accounts in the region
- Ensuring spec-in from pre-tender stages in fire & security projects to increase win probabilities driving profitability
- Working with regional teams and cross functional teams to increase sales from SMB projects ensuring close connect with customer, consultant and end-user through out project lifecycle
- Drive Partner sales for Our Business: with strong sellout pipeline in place
- Achieving budgetary goals for revenue Ensuring on time collection of sales from customers.
- Identifying opportunities of sales process improvement and ensuring their implementation.
- Evaluating distribution channel partner's performance and doing corrections if required.
- Developing local marketing strategies to build customer preference and drive volumes of business.
- Travel across TN region to meet key stake holders and increase presence in Tier II & III cities
- Create key recurring customer accounts to increase fire and security business in assigned territory
- Engage and maintain strong relationship with top 50 Key SI’s in the region and increase Honeywell’s SOD
- Work closely with Other Function to: Improve Technical & sales competence of Self. Partners
- Establish channel sales force training plan focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies.
